Can I approve the art before you create the canvas?

Absolutely! We'll send you a proof to your email in advance, and can make changes if you need them.
Will my pet photos work?

Most pet photos work perfectly well.

We'll check your photos after you upload them to make sure that they'll work (if we need different photos, we'll let you know).

For reference: the ideal photo is usually at eye-level with normal lighting (no flash).
What if I don't like it?

We'll keep making edits until you do! We also have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Is this AI?

Absolutely not: our artists craft each portrait individually, which requires a bunch of digital painting and custom work. AI photo generation still isn't quite good enough to create high-quality custom work like this.

We may use AI for some smaller touch-up tasks, but the overwhelming majority of work still has to be done custom.
Is this just for cats/dogs?

No! You can upload images of any animal. We love to see all of your pets.
